Introduction

The Egyptian Students Association at the University of Toronto (ESA-UofT) is a student-run organization that serves the Egyptian students currently pursuing their studies at the University of Toronto. The ESA-UofT aims to help and provide information to its members regarding different aspects related to life on campus and in the city of Toronto. In addition, our organization acts as a link between students, faculty members and some Egyptian official organizations. Students through ESA-UofT can reach the Egyptian Student Association in North America (ESANA) and the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau (ECEB) offices in both Washington and Montreal.

The ESA-UofT executive committee is comprised of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Media Officer, Social Officer and Academic Officer. As part of the committee's commitment to ongoing community participation, various events will be organized throughout the academic year. While some events provide an opportunity for networking among ESA-UofT members, other events are designed to disseminate the Egyptian culture and history to the Canadian community.
